- Test and lead the Quality Assurance Specialists team;
- Plan, estimate, deploy and manage the testing effort for an ongoing project;
- Manage the creation and execution of testing plans and test cases to ensure entry and exit criteria is met for each test phase in agreed timescales and resources;
- Create, lead, manage and evolve QA testing processes, test phases and test methodologies to achieve the constant improvement of the quality level;
- Maintain testing standards and develop testing strategies and tools across software solutions in multiple projects to achieve the unified testing approach;
- Provide QA review of documentation, design and demo models delivered by internal and outsourced software development teams;
- Identify and report on quality related risks of the projects handled by the QA team;
- Implement and support the Automation testing in order to initiate, manage and maintain the automation scripts to succeed reduced testing timescales and lower manual test effort and execution;
- Proactively take ownership and management of issues, initiate and participate in problem-solving activities.
- Experience in managing teams of QA Engineers;
- Experience in testing of web and/or mobile applications (5+ years);
- Excellent analytical and communication skills;
- University Degree in computer science or equivalent;
- Experience in Risk Management;
- Experience in Release Management;
- Experience with Jira, Testrail, Git, Teamcity;
- Leadership skills.
